Inner Geometry

Inner geometry of the PCD dies have“Entrance,approaching,reduction,bearing length and exit part”.
Function of each part is as follows,
a. Entrance: Bigger entrance for stranding dies.
b. Approaching: Make the wire to be accessible for lubricant.
c. Reduction : The wire begins to transform from original diameter to smaller diameter.
d. Bearing: The wire achieves to the final diameter.

e. Back Relief: Prevent the final wire surface from scratching.

f. Exit: Wire exiting.
